The OSSC LTR Syllabus 2025 with the latest exam pattern has been released on the official website of the Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC). OSSC LTR Teacher Syllabus and Exam Pattern 2025

The Odisha LTR Teacher exam is conducted in different stages, like the prelims, mains and document verification. The OSSC LTR Teacher preliminary exam will be conducted on 23rd March 2025. Through this exam, teachers for different subjects will be hired, like TGT Arts, TGT Odia, TGT Science (PCM), and TGT Science (CBZ). OSSC LTR Teacher Selection Process 2025

The Odisha Leave Training Reserve selection process comprises three different stages. Every question carries one mark each and there is a negative mark of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer.

Stage 1: Preliminary exam

It is qualifying in nature. It will only be conducted for the posts where the number of applications is more than five times the vacancies. Out of which 5 times the number of candidates will be shortlisted for the main written exam. This selection will be done both post-wise and category-wise.

Stage 2: Main Written Examination

Depending on their main exam scores, candidates will be contacted for certificate verification. Two times as many people will be contacted for certificate verification if there are 50 or fewer vacancies in a post or category, and 1.5 times as many people if there are 51 or more.

Stage 3: Certificate Verification

Verification of all pertinent documentation proving the candidates’ age, qualifications, and other eligibility requirements specified in the advertisement will decide the eligibility of those shortlisted. The applicant will not be considered for the position if they do not show up for the document verification.
