The Railway Recruitment Board (RRBs) is going to fill 8868 vacancies for FY 2025-26 for the posts of Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC), including UG-level posts and graduate-level posts in various Zonal Railways and Production Units of Indian Railways. RRB NTPC Vacancy Comparison
Last year, 11558 vacancies were released, wherein 8113 were for the Graduate level and 3445 were for the 12th level. However, this year, the number of vacancies has been reduced by 2690. Before that in 2019, more than 35000 vacancies were released. This shows, the Indian Railways are decreasing the number of vacancies every year.

RRB NTPC 2025 Application Fees
The online application process is over now. The RRB NTPC online application fee for General / OBC categories was Rs. 500/. Out of this fee of Rs 500, an amount of Rs 400 shall be refunded, duly deducting bank charges, on appearing in 1st Stage CBT.

The recruitment process shall involve 1st Stage Computer-Based Test (CBT), 2nd Stage Computer-Based Test (CBT), Typing Skill Test/Computer-Based Aptitude Test (as applicable) and Document Verification/Medical Examination.
