RRB NTPC Apply Online 2026

The online application window for RRB NTPC graduate posts is open from 8 October to 6 November 2026, while for undergraduate posts it it is open from 15 October to 13 November 2026. Candidates should complete the registration, application form, document uploading, and fee payment within the prescribed timeline. To be eligible to appear for the selection process, candidates must get themself registered by submitting their application forms.

RRB NTPC 2026 Application Fees

Candidates must pay the required application fee while submitting their RRB NTPC Application Form 2026. The fee for General/OBC category candidates is Rs. 500, while for SC/ST/PWD/Women/ex-Sm/Transgender/Minorities/Economically Backward categories, it is Rs. 250. The payment can be made through online modes (debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI).

How to Apply Online for RRB NTPC 2026?

Candidates can complete their RRB NTPC application form by following the steps below.

Step 1: Visit the Official RRB Application Portal

• Visit the official website at https://www.rrbapply.gov.in/. Check the available recruitment notifications and select the relevant Graduate or Undergraduate CEN.

Step 2: Create an Account

• Click on the account creation option if you are a new applicant. Enter the required personal details, mobile number and email address.
• Complete the OTP verification process to activate your account.

Step 3: Log In to Your Account

• After successful registration, log in using your registered credentials. Candidates who already have an account should use their existing login details rather than creating duplicate accounts.

Step 4: Select the Correct CEN

Choose the appropriate recruitment notification:

• CEN 06/2026 for Graduate-level posts.
• CEN 07/2026 for Undergraduate-level posts.

Step 5: Fill in Personal and Educational Details

Enter the required information, including:

RRB NTPC Photograph and Signature Specifications

Candidates must follow the image-upload instructions displayed in the application portal and the relevant CEN. Do not use the older recruitment cycle's photograph dimensions without checking the new instructions.

Photograph:

• Follow the live photograph capture instructions wherever applicable.
• Ensure that the face is clearly visible.
• Avoid using an existing printed or digitally edited photograph where live capture is required.
• Follow the portal's background, lighting and framing instructions.
• The dimensions of the photograph is 35mmX45mm or 320 x 240 pixels, with a size of 30 KB to 70 KB,

Signature:

• Use a clear signature written by the candidate.
• Follow the prescribed JPG/JPEG format and file-size requirements.
• The dimensions of the signature are 50 mm x 20 mm or 140 x 60 pixels, with a size of 30 KB to 70 KB
• Follow the exact signature instructions in the relevant CEN.

Who Can Apply for RRB NTPC 2026?

The eligibility requirements differ for Graduate and Undergraduate recruitment.

RRB NTPC Graduate Level Eligibility

Candidates applying for Graduate-level posts must:

• Possess a bachelor's degree from a recognised university or an equivalent qualification.
• Meet the prescribed age limit of 18 to 33 years.
• Fulfil the post-specific medical standards.
• Possess the required educational qualification by the prescribed eligibility date.

RRB NTPC Undergraduate Level Eligibility

Candidates applying for Undergraduate-level posts must:

• Have passed Class 12th (10+2) or an equivalent examination from a recognised board.
• Meet the prescribed age limit of 18 to 30 years.
• Fulfil the applicable post-specific medical standards.
• Meet the qualification requirements by the prescribed eligibility date.
