RRB NTPC Apply Online 2026 for Graduate & UG Level, Check Application Dates

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is going to recruit eligible candidates for 3477 Graduate-Level and 1688 Undergraduate-Level posts. The RRB NTPC Apply Online 2026 for the graduate-level posts will start on 8 October 2026, and for the undergraduate-level posts, it will start on 15 October 2026. Candidates who fulfill the required eligibility criteria can submit their application forms online at the official website www.rrbapply.gov.in.

Candidates should carefully check the eligibility requirements, post preferences, documents, photograph/signature requirements, and other instructions before submitting the form. The application process is completely online, and candidates should avoid waiting until the last date to complete registration and fee payment.

RRB NTPC Apply Online 2026

The online application window for RRB NTPC Graduate posts will remain open from 8 October to 6 November 2026, and for Undergraduate posts it will remain open from 15 October to 13 November 2026. Candidates should complete the registration, application form, document uploading, and fee payment within the prescribed timeline. To be eligible to appear for the selection process, candidates must get themself registered by submitting their application forms.

Who Can Apply for RRB NTPC Graduate and Undergraduate Posts?

Candidates who meet the prescribed educational qualifications and age limit can apply for RRB NTPC Graduate and Undergraduate posts. The eligibility requirements are different for both categories. RRB NTPC Graduate Posts

Candidates applying for Graduate-level NTPC posts must have a Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university or equivalent qualification. The degree should be obtained by the prescribed cut-off date mentioned in the official notification. Candidates who are awaiting their final result are generally not eligible unless specifically permitted under the notification.

RRB NTPC Undergraduate Posts

For Undergraduate-level posts, candidates must have passed Class 12th (10+2) or an equivalent examination from a recognised board. The qualification must be completed by the prescribed date. The current 2026 UG recruitment covers posts such as Commercial Cum Ticket Clerk and Junior Clerk Cum Typist.

RRB NTPC 2026 Application Fees

Candidates must pay the required application fee while submitting their RRB NTPC Application Form 2026. The fee for General/OBC category candidates is Rs. 500, and for SC/ST/PWD/Women/ex-Sm/Transgender/Minorities/Economically Backward categories, it is Rs. 250/-. The payment can be made through online modes (debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI).

Steps for RRB NTPC Apply Online 2026

The complete procedure has been discussed in the RRB NTPC Notification 2026, and below are the simple steps to apply online for the RRB NTPC 2026 Recruitment:

1. Visit the official website https://www.rrbapply.gov.in/.
2. Click on “Apply>>Create Account" appearing at the top side of the homepage.
3. If you already have an account, log in using your Username and Password. If you are a new user, enter all personal details as asked.
4. On submitting the primary details, OTPs shall be sent to the registered mobile number and email. On successful OTP activation, a Registration Number will be generated and sent to the registered email ID and mobile number.
5. Candidates can proceed with the online application by clicking on the “Candidate Login” button on the Home Page using the Registration Number and password.
6. In Part I of the application page, provide the details of Educational Qualification, Community i.e. UR/OBC (NCL)/SC/ST/EWS, Gender, Religion, Ex SM, PwBD, Minority, Economically Backward Class and Age Relaxation eligibility category as applicable and other details. On completion of the application details as above, the candidate will be directed to the payment page to choose the payment mode.
7. In Part II of the application page, the candidate has to indicate their priority/preference for the posts and languages.
8. The candidate will be automatically directed to the “Photo and Signature Upload” part of the application. The image should be in JPG/JPEG format, scanned at 100 DPI resolution. The dimensions of the photograph is 35mmX45mm or 320 x 240 pixels, with a size of 30 KB to 70 KB, and the dimensions of the signature are 50 mm x 20 mm or 140 x 60 pixels, with a size of 30 KB to 70 KB.
9. Confirm the declaration and submit your RRB NTPC Application Form before the due date.

RRB NTPC Graduate Form Correction Window 2026

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will also provide a facility to candidates for the Form Correction Portal for the RRB NTPC Graduate Level Recruitment 2026 (CEN 06/2026). Details that can be corrected include-
