RRB NTPC Apply Online 2025 at rrbapply.gov.in, UG Apply Last Date

The Railway Recruitment Board activated the RRB NTPC Apply Online 2025 link at the official website rrbapply.gov.in for both graduate and undergraduate level posts. The online application process for the Undergraduate post is going to end today, 4th December 2025 (11:59 pm). Candidates who are willing to apply can fill out their application in online mode only at the official website https://www.rrbapply.gov.in/. 

RRB NTPC Apply Online 2025

The application portal for graduate posts was active till 27th November 2025. Candidates who hold a minimum Educational Qualification of 12th (+2 Stage) can apply for undergraduate-level posts till 4th December 2025.  

As per the CEN 06/2025, the RRB NTPC Graduate Level Notification was for 5810 vacancies (Station Master, Goods Train Manager, Senior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist, and Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor) and as per 07/2025, RRB NTPC UG Level Notification was for 3058 vacancies (Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Junior Clerk Cum Typist, Trains Clerk).  

RRB NTPC 2025 Online Application Dates

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRBs) has announced 8868 vacancies of NTPC (Non-Technical Popular Categories), for which the online application process has begun. The online application window for Undergraduate is open till 4th December 2025 (11:59 pm). Complete scheudle is discussed below.

Candidates holding any graduate degree can start applying for Graduate-level posts and 12th pass candidates have submitted application process for UG level posts released under the RRB NTPC Recruitment 2025. For UG level posts, the last date has been extended till 4th December 2025.

RRB NTPC 2025 Application Fees

Candidates must pay the required application fee while submitting their RRB NTPC Application Form 2025. The fee for General/OBC category candidates is Rs. 500, and for SC/ST/PWD/Women/ex-Sm/Transgender/Minorities/Economically Backward categories, it is Rs. 250/-. The payment can be made through online modes (debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI).

Steps for RRB NTPC Apply Online 2025

The complete procedure has been discussed in the RRB NTPC Notification 2025, and below are the simple steps to apply online for the RRB NTPC 2025 Recruitment:

1. Visit the official website https://www.rrbapply.gov.in/.
2. Click on “Apply>>Create Account" appearing on the top side of the homepage.
3. If you already have an account, log in using your User Name and Password. If you are a new user, enter all personal details as asked.
4. On submitting the primary details, OTPs shall be sent to the registered mobile number and email. On successful OTP activation, a Registration Number will be generated and sent to the registered email ID and mobile number.
5. Candidates can proceed with the online application by clicking on the “Candidate Login” button on the Home Page using the Registration Number and password.
6. In Part I of the application page, provide the details of Educational Qualification, Community i.e. UR/OBC (NCL)/SC/ST/EWS, Gender, Religion, Ex SM, PwBD, Minority, Economically Backward Class and Age Relaxation eligibility category as applicable and other details.On completion of the application details as above, the candidate will be directed to the payment page to choose the payment mode.
7. In Part II of the application page, the candidate has to indicate their priority/preference for the posts and languages.
8. The candidate will be automatically directed to the “Photo and Signature Upload” part of the application. The image should be in JPG/JPEG format, scanned with 100 DPI resolution. The dimension of the photograph is 35mmX45mm or 320 x 240 pixels with size 30 kb to 70 kb, and the dimension of the signature are 50 mm x 20 mm or 140 x 60 pixels with a size 30 kb to 70 kb.
9. Confirm the declaration and submit your RRB NTPC Application Form before the due date.

RRB NTPC Graduate Form Correction Window 2025

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has also announced the dates for the Form Correction Portal for the RRB NTPC Graduate Level Recruitment 2025 (CEN 06/2025). Candidates who successfully submitted their applications for the 5810 vacancies can make necessary corrections or modifications to their forms from 23rd November to 2nd December 2025. A non-refundable fee of Rs 250 per modification is applicable. Details that can be corrected include- 

• Candidate’s name (spelling corrections)
• Date of birth
• Father’s/Mother’s name (minor spelling corrections)
• Category and community certificate details
• Educational qualification details
• Communication address
• Exam language preference
• Photograph and signature (if rejected)
• Gender (with valid proof)

Who can apply for RRB NTPC Recruitment 2025?

1. Education Qualification- Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university or its equivalent.
2. Candidates must be Indian citizens or meet certain domicile/ citizenship criteria as specified by the Railway Recruitment Board.
3. Candidates should meet the physical standards and medical fitness requirements applicable for specific posts, especially those involving field duties.
4. Candidates should be between 18 to 33 years age to apply for RRB NTPC Graduate Level posts and between 18 to 30 years old for RRB NTPC Undergraduate level posts.
5. Candidates who are waiting for the final results of their educational qualifications are not eligible to apply for the vacancies.
