Steps to Apply for RRB JE Recruitment 2024

The candidates interested for RRB JE Recruitment 2024 have to follow the below-mentioned procedure for RRB Junior Engineer Application:

1. Visit the official website of RRB to find the online application form according to the preferred zone.
2. Click on the ‘RRB JE Apply’ tab.
3. Click on the link “ “New Registration Link.”

For RRB JE Online Registration candidates are required to provide the following details:

1. Enter the details such as Name, Phone Number, Address, and Email ID.
2. Then, the login credentials will be sent to the provided mail Id and mobile number that has been entered earlier.
3. Candidates must log in with the provided credentials to access the RRB JE Apply Online Form.

RRB JE Application Form

After logging in with the specific credentials, candidates will be required to follow the instructions:

1. Correctly enter the Address, Age, Gender, Category, Educational Qualification, etc.
2. Upload the scanned copies of the recent photographs and signature.
3. Pay the RRB JE Application fees you have selected to complete the application process.

RRB JE 2024 Eligibility Criteria

RRB JE 2024 Selection Process

As mentioned in the previous year's RRB JE Notification, the selection of the candidates will be done through 4 different phases. The candidates have to qualify in each stage to get shortlisted for Railway JE 2024 Recruitment.

RRB JE 2024 Exam Pattern

The exam pattern for RRB JE 2024 for CBT 1 and CBT 2 Exam as declared by Railway Recruitment Board is as follows- 

1. There shall be negative marking of ⅓ marks for incorrect answers in CBTs. 

2. The duration of CBT 1 Exam is 90 minutes and for CBT 2 Exam is 120 minutes. 

3. In CBT 1, there will be 100 questions and in CBT 2 there will be 150 questions. 

4. The types of questions in Computer Based Test will be Objective type (Multiple Choice Questions).

RRB JE 2024 Zone and Divisions

RRB JE Recruitment 2024 Admit Card

The admit cards will be available to download a week before the RRB JE 2024 examination. The steps to download the RRB JE admit card are given below.

1. Visit the official RRB website - http://www.rrbcdg.gov.in/.
2. Log in with the registration number and DOB created during registration.
3. The page will be redirected to a profile dashboard where the option to download admit card will be available. Click on it.
4. Admit card will open in a new window.
5. Download admit card and take a printout of it.

RRB JE Recruitment 2024 Cut Off

RRB releases the minimum qualifying marks and cut-off after the completion of CBT-I. The expected minimum qualifying marks are 40% for general, 30% for OBC and SC, and 25% for ST category candidates. Qualifying marks are calculated out of 100 and 150 for CBT-I and CBT-II respectively. Have a look at the cutoff marks for the last exam held in 2019.
