Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the roll number-wise NDA 2 Result PDF for National Defence Academy & Naval Academy Examination (II), 2025 on 1st October 2025. Candidates who appeared in the NDA 2 Exam on 14th September 2025 can now know their qualifying status for SSB interview by searching their roll number in the list.

UPSC has released the NDA 2 2025 Result in PDF format with the list of roll numbers of candidates who have scored more than the cut-off marks and are eligible for the SSB Interview round. The NDA 2 exam 2025 is organised by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) to select candidates for 406 vacancies in the Army, Navy, and Air Force for the 156th Course and for the 118th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC) commencing on 2nd July 2026.

Within 16 days of the commencement of the exam, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has finally declared UPSC NDA Result on 1st October 2025, announcing the roll numbers of the candidates who are shortlisted to appear for the SSB Interview round. To download NDA 2 Result PDF from the official website, candidates can follow the steps discussed below.

1. Visit the official website of the Union Public Service Commission at www.upsc.gov.in.
2. On the homepage, click on the “Examinations” tab and select “Written Results” from the dropdown.
3. Now, click on Download PDF against “National Defence Academy & Naval Academy Examination (II), 2025”.
4. Open the NDA 2 Result PDF and search for your roll number with the Ctrl+F shortcut.
5. If your roll number is mentioned in the merit list, congratulations, you are shortlisted for the SSB Interview.

What After NDA 2 2025 Result for NDA/NA 2 Exam?

All the candidates who are shortlisted in the written exam for NDA/NA 2 are shortlisted for SSB Interview, which will be conducted by Selection Centres/Air Force Selection Boards/Naval Selection Boards. The schedule for the 2nd stage will be informed shortly. After that, document verification will be conducted where candidates have to submit the Original Certificates along with one photocopy each of

• Original Matriculation pass certificate or equivalent in support of date of birth.
• Original 10+2 pass certificate or equivalent in support of educational qualification.

UPSC NDA 2 2025 Vacancy Details

A total of 406 vacancies are notified under the National Defence Academy and the National Academy II for Army, Navy, Air Force and Naval Academy.

1. Army – 208 (including 10 for female candidates)
2. Navy – 42 (including 06 for female candidates)
3. Air Force – Flying –92 (including 02 for female candidates), Ground Duties (Tech) –18 (including 02 for female candidates) and Ground Duties (Non Tech) –10 (including 02 for female candidates)
4. NA (10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme): 36 (including 05 for female candidates)

The cut marks are the minimum qualifying marks that candidates need to secure in the written exam to be eligible for further rounds. NDA 2 Merit List 2025

The final merit list will be prepared based on the combined score of the written exam and SSB interview. The cut off marks will be released along with final result and the total marks for both stages are as follows-
