Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is responsible for conducting the NDA exam for admission into the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy. NDA Cut Off 2026

NDA 1 2026 Notification PDF has been released on 10th December 2025 at the official website www.upsc.gov.in. NDA 1 exam will be held on  12th April 2026. The NDA Cut Off 2026 for the UPSC NDA 1 & 2 2026 exam will be released after the final result. The UPSC NDA cut-off and mark sheets of the candidates will be put on the Commission’s website within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of the final result. For the candidates who have taken their exam or are planning for upcoming NDA Exams, the NDA Cut Off Marks are quite an important factor to strengthen their preparations.

Steps to Check UPSC NDA Cut-Off 2025

Step 1: First of all, you need to visit the official website of the UPSC at https://www.upsc.gov.in/

Step 2: Search for the link provided for the ‘UPSC NDA 2025 Cut Off’ on the home page.

Step 3: Once you locate it, click on that link.

Step 4: You will be redirected to a new page where the cut off marks will be displayed.

How to Calculate UPSC NDA marks?

The candidates can check the marking scheme of the UPSC NDA written exam as detailed below.

1. UPSC NDA Exam will be consist of Objective type questions for 900 marks.
2. There will be two subjects upon which the questions will be asked – Mathematics and General Ability Test.
3. There will be a negative marking of 0.33 marks for every wrong answer.
4. The final cutoff list will be released on the basis of the marks scored by the candidate in the written as well as the SSB interview round.
5. The marks given in the interview round will be out of 900.

Minimum Qualifying Marks for UPSC NDA 2025

UPSC will publish the Final NDA Cut off marks (out of 1800) after the interviews are completed and will call the candidates as per the Merit List prepared on the basis of written examination. The candidates have to score minimum qualifying marks set by the UPSC for the written exam and final cut off marks for the NDA exam. The candidates need to score at least the cut off marks in the written exam with 25% marks in each subject in order to qualify for the next phase. The cut-off marks for the final selection will include the score from both the written examination and the SSB Interview round.
