APPSC Group 2 Vacancy 2025
Last Year, APSSC recruited eligible candidates for 905 (53 carried forward) Group 2 vacancies for Executive and Non-Executive Posts. 331 vacancies were for Executive posts, including Municipal Commissioner, Sub-Registrar, Deputy Tahsildar, Assistant Labour Officer, Assistant Registrar, Extension Officer, Prohibition and excise Sub-Inspector, and Assistant Development Officer posts in various departments. 566 vacancies for Non-Executive posts, including Assistant Section Officer, Auditor, Senior Auditor, Senior Accountant, Junior Accountant, and Junior Assistant posts.

APPSC Group 2 Application Form 2025
The online registration dates will be released along with the APPSC Group 2 Notification 2025 PDF. Interested candidates have to submit their online application form at the official website https://psc.ap.gov.in within the duration of the online registration process, as it will be announced by the commission. APPSC Group 2 Application Fee 2025
The candidates are required to pay the application fees in the online mode for the successful submission of their application form. Candidates belonging to the General Category have to pay an application fee of Rs. 330/-, whereas candidates belonging to SC, ST, BC, PH & Ex-Service Men Categories will pay Rs. 250/- as an application fee. Candidates belonging to other States shall pay the prescribed fee of Rs. 80/-, along with a processing fee of Rs. 250/-. The APPSC Group 2 application fees for various categories are listed below.

APPSC Group 2 Recruitment 2025 Eligibility

APPSC Group 2 Education Qualification
The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent qualifications from a recognized university to be eligible to apply for APPSC Group 2 Vacancies. The post-wise education qualification will be mentioned in the notification PDF.

The age of candidates must be between 18 years and 42 years to be eligible for the APPSC Group 2 Recruitment 2025. Age relaxation will be provided to the reserved categories as per the government rules and regulations.

APPSC Group 2 Selection Process 2025
The candidates will be selected for APPSC Group 2 services through prelims, mains, and computer proficiency tests. The APPSC Group 2 Prelims Exam is of screening type and the final merit list will comprise of the marks obtained by the candidates in the mains exam. The candidates who got qualified in all stages will be called for a document verification round.

APPSC Group 2 Recruitment 2025 Exam Pattern
The Commission has revised the APPSC Group 2 Exam Pattern for each stage in the selection process. The candidates planning to appear for the upcoming APPSC Group 2 2025 Exam must be familiar with the latest Prelims and Mains Exam Pattern. APPSC Group 2 2025 Prelims Exam Pattern
- APPSC Group 2 Prelims Exam is the screening stage for only shortlisting candidates for the main exam.
- The objective type examination will be held in offline mode (OMR based).
- The exam includes 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
- Now APPSC Group 2 Prelims has questions from General Studies and Mental Ability.
- The topics from General Studies include Indian History, Geography, Indian Society, and Current Affairs. There will be 30 questions from each section.
- There is a negative marking of ⅓rd marks for each wrong answer.
- The time duration of the test will be 150 minutes (2.5 hours).

- The exam has 2 parts. Each tests a particular area of computer skills of the aspirants.

- It is a practical exam.
- The minimum qualifying marks for SC/ST/PH is 30, for B.C. is 35 and for O.C. is 40.
