TNPSC Group 4 Exam Date 2024 Out
As notified through Notification, the Combined Civil Services Examination- 4 (டிஎன்பிஎஸ்சி குரூப் 4) was conducted 9th June 2024 in a single shift from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. The TNPSC Group 4 Exam 2024 was conducted in offline mode as Objective Type (OMR Method) and the candidates who appeared can now check their result which has been released on 28th October 2024.

TNPSC Group 4 Exam 2024 Online Form
TNPSC has started accepting online applications from eligible and interested candidates with the release of the detailed TNPSC Group 4 Notification 2024 from 30th January 2024 onwards. The link for the online application has been activated as the application starts. However, candidates are advised to submit their TNPSC Group 4 (டிஎன்பிஎஸ்சி குரூப் 4) Online Application much before the last date arrives i.e. 28th February 2024.
TNPSC Group 4 Application Fee
1. There is a one-time Registration Fee of Rs. 150/- (valid for 5 years). Candidates who are already registered are not required to register again.
2. There is an Examination Fee of Rs.100/-, which is for the TNPSC Group 4 exam only.
Note- The fee is payable by online mode through Net Banking / Credit card / Debit card on or before the last date of submission of the online application
3. Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Caste (Arunthathiyars)/ Scheduled Tribes/ Persons with Benchmark Disability/ Destitute Widow are exempted from TNPSC Group 4 Examination Fee.
4. Most Backward Classes/ Denotified Communities/ Backward Classes (Other than Muslim)/ Backward Classes (Muslim) have 3 free chances while Ex-Servicemen have 2 free chances.

TNPSC Group 4 Computer Qualification
The applicants applying for TNPSC Group 4 Typist & Steno-typist posts should have passed the “Certificate Course in Computer on Office Automation” awarded by the Technical Education Department to be eligible to apply for TNPSC Group 4 Recruitment 2024.
TNPSC Group 4 Exam Pattern
The TNPSC Group 4 paper is of 3 hours having 300 questions. TNPSC Group 4 is an objective-type paper (OMR Method). The minimum qualifying mark is 90 for all the categories. The questions in Part-A will be set in Tamil only and the questions on the General Studies & Aptitude & Mental Ability Test will be available in both English and Tamil.

TNPSC Group 4 Exam 2024 Exam Centre
The candidates have to choose any two District Centres for writing the TNPSC Group 4 Examination. The applicants will be allotted a venue in one of those two District Centres. Any request for a change of Examination Centre will not be permitted once the application form is submitted.

TNPSC Group 4 2024 Admit Card
The commission releases the Admit Card from the official website a few days before the exam. Candidates have to carry their admit card to the exam centres, otherwise, they will not be allowed to appear for the exam. The admit card/ hall ticket is released for those candidates who have successfully submitted the application form for TNPSC Group 4. The admit card for further exams is released for only those candidates who had qualified for the previous stage of the exam.
TNPSC Group 4 2024 Answer Key
The TNPSC Group 4 Answer Key is released some days after the commencement of the exam. The candidates can calculate their marks with the answer key, which will help them get an idea about their stand in the exam. They can start preparation for the next round if they are near the cut-off of the previous year.
TNPSC Group 4 2024 Result
The result of TNPSC Group 4 result is generally released a few months after the release of Answer Key. Generally, along with the result, the commission releases the revised answer key and marks. Then your roll number or name appears in the result PDF, you are qualified to appear for the next round of the exam.

TNPSC Group 4 Document Verification
After the commencement of the exam process, and the deceleration of the final result the selected candidates have to appear for the document verification to prove their candidature for the exam. This is also an important part of the exam, if you fail to prove your candidature you will be disqualified from the exam process. After the document verification, the Department/ posts are allotted to the candidates.
