OTR creates the candidate's profile on the TNPSC website. However, OTR alone does not mean that the candidate has applied for TNPSC Group 4. After completing OTR, candidates must submit a separate online application for the Group 4 recruitment.

What is TNPSC Group 4 Application Fee 2026?

While submitting your TNPSC Group 4 Application Form 2026, candidates have to pay the required One-time registration fee and examination fee through online mode only. Check the details for the Application Fee in the table below.

The candidates are advised to follow the following steps to complete the online application before the last date. 

• Visit the official website of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) at www.tnpsc.gov.in.
• Those who are filling out the application form for the first time are required to complete one-time registration.
• Those who already have an OTR need not do it again. They can directly log in by entering the relevant login details into the application form.
• Once logged in, one needs to search for the Combined Civil Service Examination – IV (Group IV Services) link and open it.
• Entering the Relevant Personal Information.
• Now fill out the application form with the relevant personal and academic details, as well as communication details and other information asked for.
• Candidates need to upload their photograph and signature as per the guidelines mentioned in the current application instructions. It is advised that candidates check the file size and image type before uploading.
