Steps to Apply for NVS Recruitment 2025
NVS Recruitment 2025 Apply Online will be done through three steps- Registration, Filling up the Application form & Documents Upload, and fee payment. The candidates who wish to apply for NVS Recruitment 2025 must follow the steps mentioned below-
Step1- Registration Process
- Visit the official website of Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) at www.cbse.gov.in, www.kvsangathan.nic.in, and www.navodaya.gov.in.
- Under the ‘Recruitment' tab, click the “Fill out an Online Application link”.
- Click on the appropriate link under ‘Recruitment Drive-2025' once more.
- A new window with instructions for submitting online applications will open.
- Read and accept all of the instructions before moving on to the declaration.
- Click on the ‘Start’ button.
- A new page with a registration form will appear on the screen.
- Choose the profile you would like to apply for.
- Enter your first and last name, as well as your phone number and email address.
- Click the Submit button.
- A user ID and password will be emailed to the candidates.
Step 2- Filling up the Application form & Documents Upload
- Log in using the user ID and password.
- Select the ‘Go to Application' tab.
- Fill up your personal details
- Enter the details of your educational qualification
- Enter the eligibility details.
- Upload a soft copy of your most recent photograph, signature, and left thumb impression. The soft copies should be in JPG / JPEG format.
- Read the declaration and accept it.
Step 3- Payment of Application Fees
- After 24 hours, log in again and select the ‘Make Online Payment' link.
- Using any of the offered alternatives, pay the examination fee.
- Print the e-receipt for future use.
- One can also submit the fees using e-Challan. One can check the application status after at least 2 days of deposition of money.

The Selection Process for Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti Recruitment 2025 includes the following selection stages for all the posts as mentioned in the notification:

NVS Tier 1 Exam Pattern 2025 [All posts except for Multi-Tasking Staff]
- Paper 1 or Tier 1 exam is common for all posts except for Multi-Tasking Staff.
- NVS Tier 1 Paper is divided into 6 parts.
- There will be 100 questions for 300 marks in total.
- The duration of the test will be 120 minutes (2 hours).
- There will be negative marking for wrong answers in Tier-1; 1/3rd marks (i.e.1 marks) will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- The exam will be conducted in offline mode (pen-paper).

The Admit Card for NVS 2025 Exam will be assigned to every candidate who applies for NVS 2025 Exam. An e-hall ticket will be generated for each applicant. Candidates are required to download their admit cards from the official website as admit cards won’t be sent via post. The admit card for the written exam will be released for candidates who apply for NVS Recruitment 2025.
NVS Recruitment 2025 Result
The results for NVS 2025 Exam will be released after the completion of each stage of the examination. The result for the written exam will be declared first.
