The link to download the Section Controller Exam City Slips has been activated at all regional websites, and candidates must follow the steps discussed below.
- Open https://www.rrbcdg.gov.in/ or your respective regional website on your internet browser.
- On the homepage under the Notice Board section, search for “CEN No. 04/2025- Exam City Intimation” and click.
- Upon clicking, a login page appears on the screen, where the registration number and password are required to be filled correctly.
- Fill in the captcha code carefully and click on “Login”.
- Your RRB Section Controller Exam City Slip 2026 appears on the screen.
- Download and check your exam date, city and shift carefully.

The exam timings for the RRB Section Controller CBT Exam have been mentioned on the candidate’s RRB Section Controller City Intimation Slip, which has been released. As announced, the exam will be held in 2 shifts on both days and the timings are as follows-

- Exam City/State- The name of the city and state where the candidate’s exam centre is located. This helps candidates to plan their travel and accommodation as necessary.
- Exam Date- The scheduled date for the exam. Candidates are advised to note the date carefully to avoid any confusion
- Shift Timing- Candidates are also informed of their respective shifts, during which they must appear for the exam.
- Reporting Time- The time at which candidates must report to the exam centre, as per the shift allotted.
- Gate Closure Time- The gate closing time is also mentioned on the exam city slip; the gates shall be closed
- Exam Start Time– Each shift start time is notified through the exam city slip, and each shift is 90 minutes.

- The candidates are requested to carry their Aadhaar Card to the Exam centre in addition to other ID proof. There is to be Aadhaar-enabled biometric verification of candidates at the exam centre.
- This RRB Section Controller Exam City Intimation Slip is NOT your e-call letter, and it does not permit you to appear in the exam. It is only for your information on the examination city and date, and for making travel arrangements. There shall be no change of date/city/shift/centre of examination under any circumstances.
- Candidates are required to download the e-call letter. Entry is permitted only with the appropriate admit card for the particular shift of the exam. The e-call letters is made available 4 days before your scheduled Exam Date, which covers all required information, such as Exam Centre details, Roll No. etc.
