Educational Qualification

WBPSC ICDS Supervisor Selection Process 2026

The selection process for WBPSC ICDS Supervisor 2026 consists of three stages.

Stage 1 – Preliminary Examination (Prelims): An objective-type screening test of 100 marks. All the qualified candidates need to appear for this round. The preliminary performance is used to prepare a merit list, and only the shortlisted candidates appear for the mains examination.

Stage 2 – Mains Written Examination: This is a descriptive written paper worth 400 marks. Candidates are allotted 90 minutes per paper for the descriptive part. The Mains test writing ability and detailed knowledge.

Stage 3 – Viva-Voce / Personality Test: Candidates clearing the Mains cut-off will have to appear for the personality test of 50 marks. The final merit list is prepared based on the combined score of the written examination (Mains) and Viva-Voce.
