NDA 1 Application Form 2026

National Defence Academy & Naval Academy Examination (NDA & NA) is a national-level defence exam conducted twice every year to select eligible candidates for admission to the Army, Navy, and Air Force wings of NDA and Indian Naval Academy Courses (INAC). The online form-filling process for the NDA 1 exam will start from 10th December 2025 at www.upsc.gov.in.

NDA 1 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates interested in applying for NDA 1 2026 should check the required educational qualifications and age limit. Unmarried male and female candidates who have completed their 12th class and are aged between 16.5 to 19.5 are eligible to apply online for the NDA 1 Exam 2026.

Educational Qualification

  • For Army Wing of National Defence Academy: 12th pass/HSC or equivalent
  • For Air Force and Naval Wings of NDA and 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at NA: 12th Class/HSC or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Note: Candidates who are appearing in the 12th Class under the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination can also apply for this examination.

Age Limit

Only unmarried male/female candidates born not earlier than 2nd July, 2006 and not later than 01st July, 2009 are eligible to apply online for UPSC NDA 1 2025 Exam.
