CTET Exam Date 2026 Out, Official CTET Feb Exam Schedule PDF

As per the official schedule CTET Exam Date 2026 has been announced for 7th and 8th February 2026 (Saturday & Sunday). The exam will be conducted offline, in pen and Paper mode. CBSE CTET Exam Date 2026 Out

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially announced the exam date for the 21st edition of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET 2026). As per the notice released by the board through the official PDF, the CTET Exam is scheduled for 7th and 8th February 2026. The exam will be conducted at various examination centres in 140 cities throughout the country.

Who Can Appear for the CTET Feb Exam 2026?

Only those candidates who have completed the online registration process (filling the CTET application form, uploading the required documents, and paying the application fee) within the specified time frame set by CBSE. Along with completing the CTET Eligibility Criteria for Paper 1 and Paper 2 as per the notification. Candidates with incomplete registration or unpaid fees are not allowed to appear for the CTET exam.

Candidates who completed the eligibility conditions and whose application status is accepted by CBSE will be issued the CTET City Intimation Slip and CTET Admit card. An admit card is mandatory to appear in the examination.

Important Instructions for CTET Registered Candidates

  • CTET City Intimation Slip for exam city information will be available 10 days before the exam in the candidate’s login portal
  • Admit cards can be downloaded 2 days before the exam from the portal
  • The CTET Exam will be conducted in offline OMR mode
  • Candidates must ensure to reach the exam centre on reporting time as mentioned in the admit card
  • To the exam hall, candidates must carry a copy of the admit card and a valid photo ID proof
  • Plan your travel early, as some centres may fall in high-traffic or remote locations
