How to Download CBSE CTET Admit Card 2026?

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the CTET Admit Card 2026 online on 5th February 2026 at the official website www.ctet.nic.in. The admit cards have been released only for the candidates who have their eligibility test in this session and can be downloaded from on the official website or the direct link shared in the article.

CTET February Admit Card 2026 Out

The exam centre and reporting time has been notified through CTET Admit Cards, which has been issued to around 25 lakh candidates. The exam will be conducted on 2 days (7th and 8th February 2026) in 2 shifts each day. The morning shift is for Paper 2 and the evening shift for Paper 1.

Step-by-Step Guide to Download CTET Admit Card

Login details required to Download CTET Admit Card

  • Application Number / Registration ID

As admit cards have been released online at https://ctet.nic.in, candidates must follow the steps.

Step 1- Visit the official CTET portal: https://ctet.nic.in

Step 2- In the latest section, look for the link that says “Download Admit Card: CTET Feb-2026” on the homepage.

Step 3- A new page opnes, again click on “Download Admit Card: CTET Feb-2026” and finally a login page appears.

Step 4- Enter Login Credentials: Application Number / Registration ID, Password

Step 5- Fill in the Security / Captcha Code. Click on Submit

Step 6- After that, your admit card appears on the screen.

What to Do If You Forgot CTET Registration Number?

CBSE provides a recovery option on the official CTET website. Use the “Forgot Registration Number” Option.

Steps:

  1. Visit the official CTET website>> Click on “Download Admit Card”.
  2. Select “Forgot Registration Number”.
  3. Enter the required details such as: Candidate’s Name, Mother’s Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth.
  4. Submit the details.
  5. Your Registration Number will be sent to your registered email ID or mobile number.

CTET 2026 February Exam Day Schedule

After entering the exam hall, the admit cards will be checked again by the invigilator, after which the booklets will be distributed. Check the complete schedule for the exam day. Shift Timings

CTET 2026 Exam Day Instructions

Candidates have to mandatorily follow the exam day instructions very sincerly as in case of any misbehaviour or misconduct, the candidature will be cancelled and won’t be allowed to appear for the exam.

  1. Candidates must read to their respective exam centre atleast 1 hour before their reporting time.
  2. Cooperate with the exam conducting authority with formalities.
