RRB Group D Result 2026, Zone-wise Merit List and Result PDF

Candidates who participated in the RRB Group D Computer-Based Test (CBT) Examination held from 17th November 2025 to 10th February 2026 are anxious to know their qualifying status in the exam. RRB Group D Result 2026 will be released by the Railway Recruitment Board (RRBs) in April 2026  at all regional websites. Qualified candidates in the CBT exam will be shortlisted to appear for the next stage of the exam i.e. Physical Efficiency Test (PET).

The Railway Recruitment Board has specified a certain selection procedure, and the Exam for Railway Group D 2026 consists of 3 stages. The first stage of the exam is a Computer-Based Test (CBT), followed by PET & Document Verification / Medical. The candidates qualifying in each stage will be called for final selection. RRB Group D Result 2026 and Cut Off marks for the 1st stage of the CBT exam will be released online at the official portal of RRB. 

 Over 10822423 candidates have applied for the exam for 32438 Level 1 vacancies. The RRB Group D Result will be released with roll numbers of qualified candidates along with zone-wise cut off marks and score cards. 

How to Check Railway Group D CBT Exam Result 2026?

The candidates can check their qualifying status by searching for their roll number in the list of qualified candidates. Follow the steps detailed below- 

Step 1- Visit the regional website of the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) you have applied for. 

Step 2- Click on the link provided for “CEN-RRB-08/2024 (Pay Level-1 Posts): CBT Result & Score Card” in the Results section. 

Step 3: The Railway Group D Result & Merit List PDF appears on the screen. 

Step 4: Download the result PDF and search for your roll number in the merit list.  

Step 5: If your roll number appears on the screen, congratulations, you are eligible to appear for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET).

Railway Recruitment Board (RRBs) will be releasing the RRB Group D Result 2026 for the CBT Exam in PDF format for each zone separately. Once the results are released in April 2026, the PDF links for all regions will also be shared below, along with the number of candidates shortlisted for each zone. 

The results for RRB Group D CBT Exam will be released separately at all regional websites, and candidates have to search for their roll number in the list of their respective region.

Selection Stages of Railway Group D Exam

RRB will release the RRC Group D admit card separately for the different stages of the recruitment process.

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT) - Candidates who have successfully registered themselves and applied for the exam will receive the RRC Group D admit card for CBT.
2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Document Verification -The Railway Recruitment Board will conduct the PET after the first stage of the Computer-Based Test (CBT). Candidates who clear the PET successfully will be called for the Document Verification process. They will be able to download the RRC Group D admit card PET, as well as the RRC Group D DV admit card, from the official website of Indian Railways.
