To ace the CTET December 2024 Exam, it is necessary to know the Exam pattern and detailed syllabus of the exam. This will help you to prepare judiciously for CTET Exam. The CTET December 2024 will be held on 15th December 2024 (Sunday). Let’s understand the CTE Exam Pattern & Syllabus 2024 one by one. CTET Exam will be a Multiple Choice Questions type of paper. Two Papers will be conducted for the CTET 2024 Exam.
CTET Exam Pattern 2024
Both Paper I & II of CTET 2024 contain a total of 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) each. 1 mark is awarded to correct answers and there is no negative marking for incorrect answers. The paper is conducted in offline mode as a pen-and-paper-based test. Paper 1 consists of 5 sections while Paper 2 consists of 4 sections.
Paper-I will be conducted for candidates who wish to be teachers for Classes I to IV.
Paper-II will be conducted for candidates who wish to be teachers for Classes VI to VIII.
