RRB JE Eligibility Criteria 2025

If you wish to become a Junior Engineer in the Railway sector, then the candidates must fall between 18 to 33 years. Candidates should be born on or before 01/01/2008, and the maximum age varies by category.

RRB JE Age Relaxations

RRB JE Educational Qualifications
While filling out the application form for RRB JE Vacancy 2025, candidates need to have completed some minimum educational qualifications as prescribed by the Railway Recruitment Board. RRB JE Nationality
Apart from the candidate’s age and qualifications, the candidate’s citizenship/nationality is another parameter for evaluating the eligibility for Junior Engineer posts. candidate should be one of the following:
(i) an Indian citizen;
(ii) a citizen of Nepal;
(iii) a subject of Bhutan;
(iv) a Tibetan refugee who entered India before January 1, 1962, to settle there permanently; or
(v) an Indian national who has immigrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka; East African countries such as Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania; Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam to settle in India permanently.
RRB JE Medical Standards
Candidates must be medically fit for RRB Junior Engineer posts as per the norms prescribed by official authorities. There are different vision standards specific to A-3, B-1, B-2, and C1 medical standards which are tabulated below.
