Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) aims to fill a total of 19220 vacancies for Constable Civil Police, Constable PAC, Constable Special Security Force, Constable PAC Women, Constable PAC Armed Police, Jail Warder, and Mounted Police posts.

UP Police Eligibility Criteria 2025

Candidates interested in applying for UP Police Constable Vacancy 2025 should be aware of UP Police Eligibility Criteria 2025 in terms of educational qualification and age limit. Educational Qualification

UP Police Constable Physical Test 2025

The UP Police Constable Physical Test 2025 will include a physical standard test and a physical eligibility test. Qualified candidates in the written exam will be called to appear for the physical test, which is qualifying in nature.

UP Police Constable Physical Standard Test (PST)

Running Test: Male candidates have to complete a 4.8 km race in 25 minutes, and female candidates have to complete a 2.4 km race in 14 minutes.

Height: 

• The minimum height for men of the General/OBC category is 168 cm.
• The minimum height for the SC Category is 160 cm.
• The minimum height for female candidates is 152 cm, while for ST category women it is 147 cm.

Weight:

• The minimum weight for men is 50 kg.
• The minimum weight for women is 40 kg.

Chest Measurement:

• For men, it should be 79 cm without inflation and 84 cm with inflation, minimum inflation of 5 cm.
• For the SC category, it should be 77 cm without inflation and 82 cm when inflated, minimum inflation of 5 cm.

UP Police Constable Salary 2025

Candidates who are selected for Police Constable posts will be paid a monthly salary in the pay scale of Rs. 21,700/- to Rs. 69,100/- per month with a Grade pay of INR Rs. 2000. Along with monthly salary candidates will be offer various perks and allowances like Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and Travel Allowance (TA).
