UP Police Constable Selection Process 2026
The selection process for Constable posts in UP Police involves several stages as mentioned in the notification. The final merit list for constable posts will be prepared based on candidates' marks in the written exam.
Stage 1- Written Exam - The UP Police written exam will consist of a total of 150 questions for 300 marks.
Stage 2- Document Verification and Physical Standard Test (PST) - Based on the merit list in the written exam, qualified candidates will be called for DV and PST exams.
Stage 3- Physical Measurement Test (PMT)- Candidates who qualify for the PST exam will be shortlisted to appear for the Physical Measurement Test, which includes a running event.
