NFSU Section Officer Selection Process 2026

The NFSU follows a multiple-stage selection process to hire eligible candidates for the post of Section Officer. Candidates must qualify in each stage to get the final appointment. The selection stages for the NFSU Section Officer are discussed below:

  1. Screening Test: The NFSU may conduct the screening test only when the number of applicants for the Section Officer post is high. This selection stage is not mandatory, but is done to reduce the number of candidates for the Mains examination. This stage mainly contains MCQ-based questions.
  2. Written Exam: Candidates who are shortlisted from the screening stage or who come directly from the application stage appear in the written exam. It evaluates candidates through descriptive English, NFSU Acts, Education Policy, and Computer Knowledge.

  4. Medical Examination: This is the last stage, where DV-qualified candidates undergo medical examination to ensure they meet the medical standard required for the said post.
