Odisha AAO Recruitment 2026 Eligibility

Candidates who want to apply online for Assistant Agriculture Officer Vacancies should ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria in terms of educational qualification and age limit.

Educational Qualification

Candidate must have possessed a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture [B.Sc. (Ag.)] or Horticulture [B.Sc. (Horticulture)] from any University or Institution recognised by any State Government or the Government of India. No other equivalent qualification except a Degree in Agriculture or Horticulture will be accepted.

Age Limit

The candidates’ age must be between 21 to 38 years on 1/ 01/2025 i.e. the candidates must not have been born earlier than 2nd January 1987 and not later than 1st January 2004. The upper age relaxation will be provided in a reserved category as per govt. norms.
