The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) officially released the IBPS Calendar 2026–27 at its official website www.ibps.in. The exam calendar covers all major banking recruitment drives — PO, Clerk (CSA), Specialist Officer (SO), and Regional Rural Banks (RRB) — spanning from August 2026 to January 2027. Every year, IBPS announces numerous vacancies for banking aspirants across various posts, such as Probationary Officer/Officer Scale 1, Clerk/Junior Associate, Specialist Officer, Officer Scale 2, and Officer Scale 3. The official calendar notice is attached below.

IBPS conducts the IBPS PO, Clerk, SO and RRB Exams every year to recruit staff assistants and officers in different Public Sector Banks (PSBs) and Regional Rural Banks (RRBs). The official IBPS Exam Calendar 2026 has been released on the official website in PDF format on 16th January 2026. The candidates must note that the released IBPS Calendar PDF will not be the final one, as IBPS holds the right to make changes to the exam date as per the requirement. IBPS will share the Exam dates for IBPS PO & Clerk in the PDF format, and the direct link to download the IBPS Calendar 2026 PDF is also provided below.

Note: State Bank of India (SBI) conducts its own separate recruitment process and is NOT part of IBPS. For RRBs, 43 Regional Rural Banks participate under IBPS RRB recruitment.

IBPS 2026 Registration Process

1. The registration process will be online only at www.ibps.in and there will be a single registration for both the IBPS Preliminary and Main Examination 2026.
2. The candidates have to pay the required application fees online and only the applications submitted with the fee will be accepted.
3. The candidates have to remember their registration number for the further recruitment process.
4. Candidates will be required to upload the following documents as specified in the advertisement for the IBPS 2026 Exam.
