Rajasthan PTET 2025 Counselling, 2nd College Allotment List and Letter Out

Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU) has released the PTET-2025 College 2nd Allotment Letter for the two-year B.Ed. and four-year integrated B.A. B.Ed/B.Sc. B.Ed programs today, 18th August 2025, notifying candidates about their allotted seats in B.Ed or integrated BA‑B.Ed/BSc‑B.Ed programs across various participating teacher education colleges in Rajasthan. Candidates who participated in the second round of counselling have to report to the allotted college between 18th to 25th August 2025.

Over 100,000 registrations have been received for the 2-year B.Ed. course, which has 110,000 available seats. In contrast, the 4-year integrated B.A./B.Sc.-B.Ed. The programs have garnered approximately 30,000 registrations for 44,000 seats. The 2nd allotment list for the Rajasthan PTET exam has been released on 18th August 2025. Following this, candidates must report to their allotted colleges with all necessary documents, including mark sheets, identity proof, domicile certificate, and passport-size photographs, to secure their admission.

The VMOU Kota has completed the PTET Counselling 2025 online via the official portal or e-Mitra. Information about the allotted college after the first counselling, i.e. PTET 2nd Allotment Letter, has been released today, 25th July 2025. PTET College Allotment Letter 2025 (2nd Round)

Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU) Kota has released the PTET 2nd College Allotment Letter for 2025, including the status of your choices for B.Ed. or integrated BA-B.Ed/BSc-B.Ed programs at various participating teacher education colleges in Rajasthan.

The allotment process takes into account the candidates’ PTET ranks, the preferences they indicated during the counselling process, and the availability of seats in the colleges. Candidates have to report to the allotted college after 2nd counselling between 25th to 29th July 2025.

Steps to Download PTET Allotment Letter 2025

1.  Go to the official website. Visit the official website of Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU) Kota at  https://ptetvmoukota2025.in/.
2. Now click on your respective program- 2-year or 4-year BA.BEd or BSC. BEd course.
3. Now, look out for the link that reads “Print Allotment Letter” under the respective course name, and click on it.
4. A new page appears on the screen. Enter your roll number, counselling ID, and date of birth in the portal. Also, select the payment method for payment of the admission fee and proceed further.
5. Once done, the respective allotment letter appears on the screen.
6. Candidates can download the letter and take a printout of the same.

Rajasthan PTET Counselling Process

PTET Counselling Process will be done in 3 stages i.e. Registration, Choice Filling, and Seat Allotment. Follow the step-by-step process below for the Counselling Process.

Step 1: Registration

• Visit the official website of Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU) Kota at  https://ptetvmoukota2025.in/.
• Click on the link available for registration for counselling.
• Fill in all details in the registration form, such as name, mother’s name, and date of birth etc.
• Select the payment option and pay the application fee of Rs. 5,000 and click on Login.

Step 2:  Choice Filling

• Candidates need to give their choices for the colleges in which they wish to secure admission.
• Select the centre name and lock the choices before the last date.

Step 3: Seat Allotment

• Based on candidates’ choice-filling, merit, category, teaching subject, etc. The seat allotment has been released on 18th August 2025.

Step 4: Admission

• Report to their allotted colleges with all necessary documents, including mark sheets, identity proof, domicile certificate, and passport-size photographs
• Candidates have to report from 18th to 25th August 2025, to secure their admission by paying the remaining admission fee of INR 22,000.
