The JAIIB exam is conducted by the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF) for the banking and finance sector employees for career growth, better salary benefits and eligibility for the next level of certification, i.e., CAIIB. The online application process for the Indian Institute of Bankers (JAIIB) exam for the November cycle has been rescheduled, and now the applications will begin from 10th August 2026.

IIBF JAIIB Exam aims at providing a required level of basic knowledge in banking and financial services, banking technology, customer relations, basic accountancy and legal aspects necessary for carrying out day-to-day banking operations. Every year, the JAIIB exam is conducted twice, and for the year 2026, the JAIIB Nov. exam will be held on 1st, 22nd, 28th, and 29th November 2026, for which the registration process will be conducted from 10th to 31st August 2026.

What are the JAIIB registration dates for November Cycle?

Employees who are regular members of the IIBF institute submit their duly filled registration form for the JAIIB Exam 2026. The application will be accepted online as per the schedule only through the https://iibf.org.in/ official website, as no other mode of registration will be accepted.

The online application portal for the JAIIB November cycle exam will start accepting the application form from 10th August 2026 onwards. Candidates must keep important documents handy and submit the registration form carefully; providing incorrect information leads to the rejection of the online form.

Steps to Fill the JAIIB Registration Form 2026

1. Visit the official website of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF).
2. On the homepage, click on Career Section > Examinations/Courses > Flagship Courses > JAIIB.
3. A list of various options will appear on your screen after clicking.
4. Under this list, select “Flagship Courses.”
5. Click the “JAIIB (Junior Associate of IIB&F)” option.
6. Find and click on “Apply Online.”
7. In the new page, “JAIIB EXAMINATION – Online Registration of Examination Applications.”
8. Click on “Member Login.”
9. Fill out your complete particulars in the online application form, including educational details, mode, medium, centre for the exam, etc.
10. Now, click on ‘accept and submit‘ for online payment.
11. Pay the required application fee.
12. Download the application form and take a print copy for future reference.

What is JAIIB Registration Fee 2026?

The JAIIB registration fee structure varies depending on the number of attempts, and the fee is paid online through debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI, Wallet, etc.

Important Note: There is an additional fee, which varies depending on the week you complete your CAIIB registration.

• 10th to 16th August 2026 – You need to pay only the normal examination fee (as mentioned above) based on your attempt
• 17th to 23rd August 2026 – normal examination fee plus Rs 100/-
• 24th and 31st August 2026 – Normal examination fee plus Rs 200/-
