Steps to Fill the JAIIB Application Form 2026

1. Visit the official website of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF).
2. On the homepage, click on Career Section > Examinations/Courses > Flagship Courses > JAIIB.
3. A list of various options will appear on your screen after clicking.
4. Under this list, select “Flagship Courses.”
5. Click the “JAIIB (Junior Associate of IIB&F)” option.
6. Find and click on “Apply Online.”
7. In the new page, “JAIIB EXAMINATION – Online Registration of Examination Applications.”
8. Click on “Member Login.”
9. Fill out your complete particulars in the online application form, including educational details, mode, medium, centre for the exam, etc.
10. Now, click on ‘accept and submit‘ for online payment.
11. Pay the required application fee.
12. Download the application form and take a print copy for future reference.

What is the JAIIB application fee?

The JAIIB registration fee structure varies depending on the number of attempts, and the fee is paid online through debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI, Wallet, etc. For the 1st attempt, it is Rs 4000/-.

Important Note: There is an additional fee, which varies depending on the week you complete your CAIIB registration.

• 10th to 16th August 2026 – You need to pay only the normal examination fee (as mentioned above) based on your attempt
• 17th to 23rd August 2026 – normal examination fee plus Rs 100/-
• 24th and 31st August 2026 – Normal examination fee plus Rs 200/-

How to Confirm Whether Your JAIIB Registration is Complete or not?

After registration and paying the application fee, IIBF sends a confirmation message to the candidate’s registered email ID and mobile number. Candidates’ registration status can also be verified by logging into the IIBF portal and checking the examination section of the candidate’s profile.

Is IIBF Membership Mandatory for JAIIB Registration?

Yes. IIBF Ordinary Membership (Employees enrolled from 2000 onwards are automatically life members under the Ordinary Membership category) is mandatory before applying for JAIIB. Candidates must be employed in a bank or financial institution where the employer is an IIBF institutional member.

Can non-banker candidates apply for the JAIIB Exam?

Yes, non-bankers can apply for the Diploma in Banking and Finance (DB&F) exam conducted by the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. DB&F was introduced for fresh graduates, banking aspirants, and candidates who are not yet working in banks. After joining a bank, candidates who clear DB&F can later convert it into a JAIIB certificate.
