RRB Paramedical Admit Card 2026 has been released for all candidates whose CBT exam for CEN 03/2025  is scheduled for 11th, 12th, and 13th March 2026. Candidates appearing for the exam it is manadatory to carry a hardcopy of the RRB Paramedical Admit Card 2026 to the exam hall; with it, candidates will not be allowed to attend the exam. Candidates need their login details, i.e. registration number and date of birth, to download their respective admit card.

RRB Paramedical Admit Card 2026 Out

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRBs) is going to conduct the RRB Paramedical Computer-Based Test (CBT) on 11th, 12th, and 13th March 2026 for the recruitment of Paramedical Categories. After downloading the admit cards, candidates must carefully check the exam date, shift, reporting time, venue address, and roll number. Candidates must carry a printed copy of their admit cards to the exam hall along with a valid photo ID. Without the hall ticket, candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam centre.

RRB Paramedical CBT exam will be conducted for a 90-minute duration, and questions are to be asked from the topics of General Awareness, General Arithmetic, General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Science and Professional ability. Through the RRB Paramedical 2026 Exam, a total of 434 vacancies are announced for Paramedical Categories posts.

To download the RRB Paramedical Admit Card 2026, the candidates must have a stable internet connection and their login details. Follow the steps below to access your admit cards. 

  1. Go to the official website of your respective Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) zone.
  2. Then, find out the "CEN 03/2025 (Paramedical) section and click on it.
  3. You are now redirected to a new page. Here, find out the “RRB Paramedical Admit Card 2026” link and click on it
  4. Enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth (as provided during the application process).
  5. Enter the Captcha code if required.
  6. After logging in, your admit card appears on the screen. Download and keep it safe.

  3. Keep Supporting Documents Ready
    When reporting an error, be prepared to provide digital & physical copies of: your original application form printout, a valid ID proof (Aadhaar / PAN / 10th Certificate) showing correct information, and the faulty admit card printout.

RRB Paramedical Exam Pattern 2026

  • RRB Paramedical Exam includes a total of 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) for a total of 100 marks.
  • There is negative marking. For any incorrect answer, 0.25 marks (¼th mark) will be deducted.
  • The duration of the exam is 90 minutes (1.5 hours).
