RRB Group D City Intimation Slip 2026 Out for 2 to 6 Feb Exams, Check Exam City

Till 27th January 2026, Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released RRB Group D City Intimation Slips for CBT Exam scheduled from 2nd to 6th February 2026. Candidates can download their exam city slips from the official website www.rrbcdg.gov.in or other regional RRB portals. The RRB Group D Exam City Slips include important details such as the allotted exam city, exam centre location, shift timing, and the date of the scheduled exam.

RRB Group D City Intimation 2026 Out

RRB is organising the RRB Group D CBT Exam (08/2024), with the last exam scheduled for 10th February 2026. The exam will be held over 32 days in a total of 96 shifts. Candidates whose applications have been accepted can now check their exam date details through the city intimation slip released by RRB. The purpose of the city intimation slip is to inform candidates about their allotted exam city in advance, allowing them to make necessary travel arrangements.

The officials have released RRB Group D Exam City Intimation slips only with the scheduled exam date, shift timings, reporting time, and allotted Group D exam city. This year, 10822423 candidates have submitted their application forms for 32438 Level 1 posts (CEN 08/2024), and now the candidates whose applications were accepted will be issued with city intimation slips. 

Railway Group D Exam City Release Schedule

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has started releasing the Group D Exam City Intimation Slips and for each scheduled date, the exam city slips are released 9 days before the exam day. Steps to Download Railway Group D Exam 2026 City Slip

To download the RRB Group D Exam City Intimation 2026, a candidate must have the following login details:

• Username/Registration Number
• Password/Date of Birth

Candidates can follow the steps provided below to check their RRB Group D City Intimation Slip 2026.

1. Visit the official website of the Railway Recruitment Board, i.e. https://www.rrbcdg.gov.in/.
2. On the homepage of RRB, tab on the link that reads "CEN 08/2024 (RRB Group D) appearing red on the top bar.
3. Now look for the link “CEN 08/2024 (RRB Group D)- Exam City Intimation Slip.”
4. Candidates are redirected to a new page.
5. Enter your login details, such as your Username/Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth in the login window.
6. Enter the characters appearing on the screen and click on the "login" tab.
7. The RRB Group D City Intimation Slip 2026 appears on the screen.
8. Download and save it for future records.

• Exam City/State- The name of the city and state where the candidate's exam centre is located. This helps candidates to plan their travel and accommodation as necessary.
• Exam Date- The scheduled date for the exam. Candidates are advised to note the date carefully to avoid any confusion.
• Shift Timing- Candidates are also informed of their respective shifts, during which they must appear for the exam.
• Reporting Time- The time at which candidates must report to the exam centre, as per the shift allotted.
• Gate Closure Time- The gate closing time is also mentioned on the exam city slip; the gates shall be closed
• Exam Start Time- Each shift start time is notified, and each shift is 90 minutes.

1. The candidates are requested to carry their Aadhaar Card to the Exam centre in addition to other ID proof. There is to be Aadhaar-enabled biometric verification of candidates at the exam centre.
2. This RRB Group D Exam City Intimation Slip is NOT your e-call letter, and it does not permit you to appear in the exam. It is only for your information on the examination city and date, and for making travel arrangements. There shall be no change of date/city/shift/centre of examination under any circumstances.
3. Candidates are required to download the e-call letter. Entry is permitted only with the appropriate admit card for the particular shift of the exam. The e-call letters is made available 4 days before your scheduled Exam Date, which covers all required information, such as Exam Centre details, Roll No. etc.
