As of 2nd August 2026, the exam city slips have been released for the exams scheduled till 11th August 2026. For the remaining dates, the exam city slips will be released 10 days before the scheduled exam date. RRB has released the RRB Group D city intimation slips for the candidates who have applied for 22195 posts under CEN 09/2025. 

RRB Group D City Intimation Slips are meant for the candidates to plan their travel and accommodation and should not be carried to the exam hall. in time. The exam city slip contains information about the scheduled exam date, shift timings and allotted exam city for the candidates. 

RRB Group D Exam City Intimation Slip 2026 Out

The RRB Group D 2026 CBT exam will be conducted on 3rd to 6th, 9th to 14th, 17th to 21st and 25th August 2026 for a span of 16 days in total 48 shifts. The exam will be held in online mode (CBT) in three shifts daily (morning shifts: 9 am to 10:30 am, afternoon shifts: 12:45 pm to 2:15 pm, and evening shifts: 5 pm to 6:30 pm) at 200 exam centres across India. Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the RRB Group D city intimation slips for the exam scheduled for 3rd to 11th August 2026. Candidates registered for 22195 Group D vacancies (CEN 09/2025) can log in and check their city intimation slip to know their date, shift and city details.

Note- If your exam city slip is not displayed after login, then your exam is scheduled after 12th August and the slips will be released 9 to 10 days before your scheduled exam date.

1. Click on the direct download link already mentioned above or visit the official website of the Railway Recruitment Board, i.e., https://rrb.indianrailways.gov.in.
2. Click on the link that reads “RRB Group D CEN 09/2025” appearing in red on the top bar.
3. Now look for the link “CEN 09/2025 (RRB Group D)- Exam City Intimation Slip.”
4. Enter your login details, such as your username/registration number and password/date of birth, in the login window.
5. Enter the characters appearing on the screen and click on the "Login" tab.
6. The RRB Group D City Intimation Slip 2026 appears on the screen.
7. Download and cross-check all details carefully and save it for future records.

Problems While Downloading RRB Group D City Intimation Slip

• Phased Release Schedule: Slips are released in phases. If your exam is later in August (the tests are from August 3 to August 25, 2026), your link may not be active yet -- slips are only live for the first exam dates at this time.
• Incorrect Login Details: Ensure you have entered your User ID/Registration Number and type your Date of Birth as your password in the correct DD-MM-YYYY format.
• Server Slowdown / Crash: If the official portal like RRB Official Portal is receiving high traffic, then it may result in timeouts. Clear your browser cache or try again later.
• Wrong Portal: Make sure that you are logging in to your respective regional RRB website or the application link shared and not any unverified third-party page.

RRB Group D Exam Shift Timings

The RRB Group D Shift Timings have been mentioned on candidates' respective exam city slips and will be conducted in three shifts each day. Candidates should reach the exam venue on reportining timing. Once the gate is closed, no candidates will be allowed to attend the exam. 

Important: The exam city slips are not to be carried to the exam hall, and the admit card will be released 4 days before the exam date, starting from 31st July 2026.
