CCI 2026 Application Fees

Application fees/intimation charges as mentioned in the notification shall be paid through online mode only as per category. The Application Fee, once paid, will not be refunded.

• SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/PWBD – Rs. 500/- (Intimation charge only)
• Others (General/EWS/OBC) – Rs. 1,000/- + Rs. 500/- Intimation charge

Cotton Corporation of India Apply Online 2026 Process- Steps to Apply

Step 1: After clicking on the above-mentioned link, click on the “Recruitment” tab and then “New Registration” to start your registration process for the CCI Recruitment 2026 Exam.

Step 2: Start your application process for CCI Apply Online 2026 by providing your basic details such as name, contact number, email id etc., and click on the save and next button.

Step 3: Upload your photograph and signature in the required format as provided by the Cotton Corporation of India. The photograph must be a recent passport-size photo. Both the photograph and the signature must be clear and legible.

Step 4: In this first part, you must first mention the following:

• Your category (SC/ST/GEN/OBC/EWS) and the caste to which you belong.
• Whether you are a Person with a Benchmark Disability (PwBD).
• Whether you are an Ex-Serviceman and, if so, your period of military service.
• Your Aadhaar Card details and PAN Card Number.
• The post applied for and your preferred exam centre (from the 11 CBT cities listed in the notification).

Step 5: After this, you have to mention your Personal Details, including Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Correspondence Address, permanent address, etc.

Step 6: Fill in your educational qualifications as per the post applied for (Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA/CA-CMA/BE-MCA, as applicable).

Step 7: After that, upload the required documents such as 10th and 12th mark sheets, essential qualification degree certificate, additional qualification certificate (if any), and experience certificate (100kb to 1000kb, JPEG/JPG/PDF).

Step 8: After you have successfully filled in all details, you will get a preview of the form. Review every entry carefully, as no correction is allowed after final submission.
Click on the declaration box stating that you accept all the terms and conditions of the recruitment, and click on the submit button.

Step 9: Pay your Application Fee through the Online Payment Option, i.e., through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking for the CCI 2026 Exam.

Step 10: Click on the Submit Button. Your application form will be submitted successfully. Take a printout of the confirmation page and fee payment receipt for future reference.
