CCI Probation Period & Service Bond
Selected candidates will be placed on a 12-month probation period, extendable at the discretion of the management if performance is not found satisfactory. Additionally, all selected candidates are required to execute a service bond of 3 years with the Corporation from the date of joining. Candidates who leave CCI before completing the bonded period will be liable to pay three months’ basic pay as bond compensation to the Corporation.
