MP Police Band Constable Eligibility 2026

Candidates must go through the eligibility details required to apply for MP Police Band Constable Recruitment 2026.

Educational Qualification

1. Candidates must have passed the 10th (Matriculation) examination from a recognized board.
2. For Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates, the minimum educational qualification is 8th Pass.
3. Candidates must hold a valid Employment Registration in Madhya Pradesh.

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 33 Years

Written Examination – Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) in Hindi Language:

• Duration: 2 hours, 100 questions
• Marking Scheme:
  (i) Maximum 100 marks.
  (ii) +1 mark will be awarded for each correct answer.
  (iii) No marks will be deducted for questions that are not attempted or answered incorrectly.
• Type of Questions – Objective (MCQ):
  (i) 40 marks – General Knowledge and Logical Knowledge.
  (ii) 30 marks – Intellectual Ability and Mental Aptitude.
  (iii) 30 marks – Science and Simple Arithmetic.

The Physical Measurement Test is conducted to check whether candidates meet the required physical standards. If a candidate does not meet these standards, they cannot move to the next stage.

MP Police Constable Salary 2026

After the final selection process, candidates will be appointed for Police Constable posts in the pay level of Rs. 19,500/- to Rs. 62,000/-. Along with a monthly salary, candidates will be provided with various allowances and perks.
