What Next After UPSC Marksheet 2026?

Service Allocation by DoPT – After the UPSC Final Result is published, selected candidates are recommended to the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) for service allocation based on their All India Rank and on a merit-cum-preference basis. This is where candidates are assigned to IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS, or other Group A & B Central Services.
  2. Document Verification – After the final result, candidates undergo document verification to confirm eligibility, category certificates, educational qualifications, and identity.
