IB Security Assistant Result 2025, Tier 1 Result & Marks

The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has successfully conducted the IB Security Assistant Exam 2025 on behalf of the Intelligence Bureau (IB) to recruit the eligible candidates for a total of 4987 Security Assistant/Executive vacancies, for which the IB Security Assistant Result 2025 will be released in December 2025 at the official website www.mha.gov.in or www.ncs.gov.in. The result will be released in the PDF format, carrying the roll numbers of candidates shortlisted for the Tier 2 Exam. 

IB Security Assistant Result 2025 

The IB Security Assistant Exam 2025 was conducted on 29th and 30th September 2025, and the candidates who have appeared for the exam can check their results from the Ministry of Home Affairs' official website www.mha.gov.in or www.ncs.gov.in once it is released. The candidates whose roll numbers will appear in the IB Security Assistant Result PDF will have to appear for the next stage of the selection process, i.e., a Tier 2 exam, and only the qualified candidates will be eligible to appear for the Tier 2 exam.

The selection process includes Tier 1, Tier 2 and Interview. Candidates have to qualify in each stage to get selected for 4987 Security Assistant posts. The result for each stage is to be released separately.

The Ministry of Home Affairs, on behalf of the Intelligence Bureau, will release the IB Security Assistant Result 2025. To check the result from the official website, candidates can follow the steps provided below. 

1. Visit the official website of the Ministry of Home Affairs https://www.mha.gov.in/.
2. Look for the "What's New" section on the homepage of the official website.
3. Click on the link that reads "Result of Security Assistant/Executive (Tier-I exam - 2025 of IB).
4. The IB SA Result 2025 appears on the system screen, containing the roll number of candidates shortlisted for the Tier 2 exam.
5. Search your roll number with the Ctrl + F shortcut in the list of selected candidates.
6. Save and download the IB Security Assistant Result 2025 PDF for future records.
