The CAIIB Registration 2025 process, Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) exam for the Nov cycle, has started at the official website of http://www.iibf.org.in/. As per the official notice released by the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF), the last date to apply online for the CAIIB 2025 exam has been extended till 30th September 2025. Steps to Fill CAIIB Registration Form 2025

Candidates can submit the CAIIB Application Form in online mode from the official website of IIBF http://www.iibf.org.in/. Candidates can follow the below step-by-step process to successfully submit application forms.

1. Visit the official website: Firstly, visit the official website of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF) http://www.iibf.org.in/.
2. Navigate the CAIIB section: On the homepage tab on the Examination/ ‘Flagship Courses > click on Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB ).
3. Fill Registration Form: Create an account on the IIBF portal, and if you already have an account Login in with your membership number and password.
4. Read Instructions: Before proceeding with the registration form read the important instructions carefully and ensure eligibility and other details.
5. Fill Details: Fill required details in the specified field like mode and medium of the exam, center for the exam, place of work, etc, and click on Preview.
6. Preview details: Check whether all details are filled in properly and spelled correctly in the application form and click on ‘accept and submit’ for online payment.
7. Payment: Select the payment option (credit/debit card, net banking) and pay an application fee. On successful completion transaction details an emailed/SMSed to you for your information and record.
8. Download and Print Application Form: After successfully submitting application forms, candidates should print out the application form for records and future reference.

CAIIB Registration Fees 2025

The candidates must pay an application fee while submitting the application form. Without fee payment, the application forms will be considered incomplete. The application fee for the IIBF CAIIB 2025 exam will be charged based on the number of attempts. For 1st attempt, candidates need to pay Rs. 5,000/- and those appearing for a second time must pay Rs. 1300/- as an application fee.

For the second and third weeks of registration, the fees will be the regular examination fee plus Rs. 100/, and for the fourth week of registration, the fees will be the regular examination fee plus Rs. 200/-.In case the registration date is extended beyond 4 weeks, the examination fees will be regular examination fees plus Rs. 200/- for the extended days. The fee once paid will NOT be refunded or adjusted on any account.

CAIIB Exam 2025 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the CAIIB exam in 2025, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Pass class 12 or equivalent from a recognized board
2. Pass the Junior Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (JAIIB) or Part 1 of the Associate Examination
3. Be a member of the Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF)
4. Have a current membership with no outstanding subscription dues
5. Work in a bank or financial institution.

• The exam fee you pay for CAIIB Registration is not refundable under any circumstances.
• Candidates must have a valid IIBF membership and clear all dues before applying.
• Candidates can try the exam up to 5 times within 3 years from their first registration.
• If you do not clear the exam in the given time, you have to register again, and your previously passed papers will not be considered
• When you choose your exam center, it cannot be changed after registration
• Candidates cannot make any changes to the application form after submitting it.
