SBI Apprentice Salary: The SBI Apprentice program is a one-year apprenticeship for graduates in various branches of the State Bank of India. It offers a great opportunity for those who have been searching for a training program for a while. Please Note, SBI Apprentice is not an employee in the Bank, they will be trained as an Apprentice.
SBI Apprentice Salary 2023
The graduates who hold the required eligibility criteria and qualify for the selection process will be paid a stipend of Rs. 15000/- per month throughout the apprenticeship training program. As notified in the SBI Apprentice Notification, the duration of the training period is 1 year. No other allowance/ benefit or any other additional perks except the monthly stipend will be granted to the Apprentice.

SBI Apprentice In-Hand Salary 2023
When offered a position as an SBI Apprentice, candidates should be aware that they will not receive a salary. Instead, they will be compensated for their work during the one-year training period in the form of a stipend. Those eligible for a stipend of Rs. 15,000/- will receive the full amount without any deductions for the engagement period of one year.
SBI Apprentice Job Profile
The candidates who will successfully complete the apprenticeship program of a 1-year duration will have additional relaxations in the upcoming SBI Apprentice Recruitment 2023. SBI Apprenticeship is not a permanent job, the aspirants will be trained in the following sections:
• The candidates have to perform various administrative activities to understand how the bank and its various departments perform.
• The candidates will be trained for after-sale services
• The responsibility of an apprentice is to complete the tasks assigned by their supervisor or seniors.
• The candidates will be trained to understand the working structure of the organization.
SBI Apprentice Salary 2023 Career Growth
The candidate selected as SBI Apprentice will not be counted as a permanent employee, it is an internship program that will be conducted for the duration of 1 complete year. The internship or training period would be of great help for the graduates to understand the nature of banking jobs and learn the services that are provided to the customers. On the completion of the SBI Apprentice Training, the candidates will be provided with a certificate which will be an add-on to their resume for applying for bank exams.

Candidates who meet the requirements will undergo a one-year training program. During this probationary period, SBI Apprentices will be responsible for performing essential tasks, including administrative work and various services at the State Bank of India.
