UPSC Admit Card 2023 Out

The UPSC Admit Card 2023 for the Prelims exam has been released on 08th May 2023 and UPSC Civil Service Exam will be held on 28th May 2023. There shall be two Papers wherein the timing for Paper 1 is 9:30 am to 11:30 am and for Paper 2, the timings are 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Steps to download UPSC Admit Card 2023

The UPSC aspirants who are going to appear in the Civil Service Examination-2023 are advised to download their UPSC Admit Card 2023 from the official website @upsc.gov.in or from the direct link given above. Step-1 Browse the official website of UPSC www.upsc.gov.in on your internet.

Step-2 Scroll down the page and click on “Admit Cards”.

Step-3 Now click on “E-Admit Cards for various Examinations of UPSC”.

Step-4 A new opens, again click on “Click Here”.

Step-6 A instruction pdf will open, take a printout of the pdf as it is mandatory.

Step-7 Now click on either ‘By Registration Number’ or ‘By Roll Number’.

Step-8 Enter the details required, the captcha and click on ‘Submit’.

Step-9 Your UPSC Admit Card 2023 appears on the screen, download and take a printout of the same.

UPSC Prelims Exam Pattern 2023

1. For the blank answers, no marks will be deducted.
2. In General Studies (Paper I), each question is of 2 marks and there is a negative marking of 0.66 marks
3. In CSAT (Paper-II), each question is of 2.5 marks and a negative marking of 0.833 marks for each wrong answer marked.
4. The prelims marks will not be included in the final result (merit list).
5. Paper II of the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination will be a qualifying paper with minimum qualifying marks fixed at 33%.
6. For every incorrect answer, 1/3rd mark of the total mark will be deducted.
