Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) has released an official notice for UP TGT PGT Exam Date 2026 on 20th January 2026. The official UP PGT Exam schedule has been released at the official portal of UPSESSB https://upessc.up.gov.in/, notifying the complete schedule for both posts.

Thousands of candidates who have applied for these vacancies were waiting for the exam date, and now, finally, the dates have been announced officially, putting an end to a long wait. UP PGT written exam 2025 for advertisement number 02/2022 has been scheduled for 9th and 10th May 2026, while for UP TGT (01/2022) will be conducted on 3rd and 4th June 2026.

The UP PGT Exam for 624 postgraduate-level teaching posts will be conducted on two days (9th and 10th May 2026), and the admit cards shall be released in 1st week of May 2026 at the official website https://upessc.up.gov.in/.

In reference to advertisement number 01/2022, the TGT written examination is scheduled for 3rd and 4th June 2026. Through these recruitments, the board is targeting to fill 3539 graduate-level teaching vacancies. The UP TGT admit cards will be released in the 4th week of May 2026.

2. Negative Marking: No negative marking
