OSSC CGL Selection Process 2024
The selection process for Odisha CGL Group B & C posts will be held in 3 phases i.e. Preliminary examination and a Main examination and Certificate Verification. Candidates who clear the prelims examination will be called to appear for the Odisha Staff Selection Commission mains Examination followed by certificate verification. Candidates have to qualify for each stage of the selection process to get selected for various Group B & C posts.

OSSC CGL Prelims Exam Pattern

- Each question carries 1 mark.
- The duration of the exam is 150 minutes.
- There will be a penalty of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.

OSSC CGL Mains Syllabus 2024
The OSSC CGL mains exam consists of 2 papers, paper 1 for language paper (Odia and English) and paper 2 for general studies. Here we have covered all the topics of the mains exam syllabus for paper 1 (Language) & paper 2 (General Studies) that will be asked in the combined graduate-level examination.
OSSC CGL Mains Exam Pattern 2024
Candidates who will clear the prelims examination will have to appear for mains examination, which will be for a total of 200 marks including two papers of 100 marks each.
- For the OSSC CGL Mains Exam, there will be 2 Papers.
- The questions in Paper 1 & Paper 2 will be both Multiple Choice and Short Answer types.
- Each paper will be of 100 marks and 2.5 hours duration.
