MP TET Exam Date 2024 Out

The Madhya Pradesh Professional Education Board has announced that the MP TET 2024 Exam will be conducted from 10th November 2024 onwards from 9:00 am to 11:30 am for the first shift and from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm second shift. The reporting time is 7:00 am to 8:00 am and 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm for 1st and 2nd shifts respectively.

How to Fill the application form for MPTET 2024?

Follow these steps to reduce errors while filling MP TET online application form, the steps to fill the online application form of MP TET 2024 is given below:

1. Visit the official website of the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board at https://esb.mponline.gov.in/.
2. The home page of MPPEB will appear on your screen.
3. Go to the latest updates section and find “Online Form-Primary School Teacher Eligibility Test- 2024 Start from 01/10/2024” and click on it.
4. Navigate to the notification of MP TET 2024 and click on the apply online link of MP TET 2024.
5. The login page will open, if you aren’t registered then register with valid details
6.  After registration, log in with details sent on your contact number.
7. The application form will open, fill in all the details asked in the application form accurately.
8. Purview all the information and correct if you made any mistake before clicking on the submit button.
9. Download the application form receipt for the further recruitment process.

MP TET 2024 Application Fee 

To complete the online application form successfully candidates need to complete the application fee process after submitting the application form. The online application fee will be paid by using various mediums such as Credit card/ Debit card/ Net banking/ UPI. MP TET Eligibility Criteria 2024

To participate in the MP TET Exam 2024, candidates are required to meet and fulfill certain eligibility parameters laid down by the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board. Age limit and educational qualifications are the main eligibility parameters that are considered by MPPEB to determine candidate’s eligibility.

Educational Qualifications

Those who wish to appear for the MP TET 2024 examination must fulfill the below-mentioned requirements of the educational qualifications. Fulfilling either of these requirements makes the candidates eligible for the Madhya Pradesh  Teachers Eligibility Test

• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with a minimum of 50% marks. They must have passed or be in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education/4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
• Candidates with Secondary (or its equivalent) education, having at least 45% marks, are eligible if they have passed or are in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with a minimum of 50% marks can apply if they have passed or are in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
• Graduates with at least 50% marks and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) are eligible for teaching Classes I-V. However, they must undergo a six-month Bridge Course in Elementary Education recognized by NCTE within two years of appointment as a primary teacher.

Age Limit

Those who wish to appear for the Madhya Pradesh Teachers Eligibility Test must be at least 21 years old as on 1st January 2024. However, the upper age limit has not been described by the official authorities.

MP TET 2024 Exam Pattern

The MP TET Exam 2024 consists of 150 multiple-choice questions from different subjects such as language, child development and pedagogy, mathematics, and environmental studies. Subject-wise marks distribution and marking scheme are provided below.

• MP TET 2024 exam will be conducted for 150 marks.
• Candidates are required to complete the exam in 2 hours and 30 minutes.
• For every correct answer, candidates will get a +1.
• 0.25 marks are to be deducted for the incorrect answers.
• The question paper will be set as bilingual i.e. in English and Hindi.
