MP Police SI Prelims Exam Pattern 2025
This is a multiple-choice test with 100 questions, the candidate has to complete it in 2 hours. There is no negative marking, and the marks will not be considered for the final selection.
Note: The preliminary exam is compulsory for all candidates. Separate merit lists will be created for non-technical and technical posts.
MP Police SI Mains Exam Pattern 2025
After passing the preliminary exam, candidates have to appear for the mains exam for which pattern is discussed as below.
- Paper I has two sections, with 150 marks for each section. Both sections include objective-type questions, and all questions are compulsory. There will be negative markings for incorrect answers. The duration of the exam is 2 hours.
- Paper II also has two sections: Section A (150 marks) will have objective-type questions, and all questions are compulsory, with negative marking for wrong answers and Section B (150 marks) focuses on reasoning and data interpretation, with objective-type questions, all compulsory, and negative marking for incorrect answers. The duration of completion the exam is 2 hours.

MP Police SI Physical Proficiency Test
Based on the mains and technical exam marks, candidates (up to three times the vacancies) will be called for the Physical Proficiency Test and interview. This test is compulsory for all qualified candidates of 100 marks which includes the following events
