Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has started the Certificate Verification process for the Group 4 recruitment 2025 (Advt No. 07/2025) for Junior Assistant/Typist/Steno Typist. Candidates who declared qualified in the written exam have to upload the scanned copy of their original certificate from 29th October to 7th November 2025 through the official website of www.tnpsc.gov.in.
TNPSC Group 4 Certificate Verification 2025 Out
TNPSC has released the list of candidates who have been provisionally shortlisted for online Certificate Verification based on their results of the written examination conducted on 12th July 2025, and ranks published on 22nd October 2025. Candidates whose registration numbers are mentioned in the list must upload their scanned copies of their original documents to their online application portal of TNPSC.
TNPSC Group 4 Certificate Verification 2025 Link
The certificate verification process for TNPSC Group 4 2025 is conducted via an online Onscreen Certificate Verification (OCV) system. Candidates must upload all their relevant original certificates on the TNPSC’s One-Time Registration (OTR) platform before the last date. Only candidates who complete the document upload process will be considered for the physical verification and counseling stages afterward.

TNPSC Group 4 Certificate Verification Guidelines
Candidates must pay close attention to the following strict guidelines to avoid rejection during the verification process:
- Validity of Certificates: Documents must be obtained by the date of the official notification for the recruitment (April 25, 2025, for the 2025 cycle), unless stated otherwise.
- Community Certificate Rule: Community or caste certificates must be issued in the candidate’s name. The certificate should accurately reflect the candidate’s name, father’s name, community, and certificate number.
- Online Certificates: Certificates like Community and PSTM obtained through the online portal, along with any corrections of errors, are generally accepted; the corrections are considered official and clear.
- OTR Platform: All document uploads must be performed exclusively through the candidate’s TNPSC One-Time Registration (OTR) Dashboard at the official TNPSC application website.
