Madhya Pradesh Employee Selection Board (MPESB) is responsible for conducting recruitment exams for various government departments in the state and has now come up with Group 5 or Nursing posts. MPESB Nursing Officer and Sister Tutor Eligibility Criteria 2026

To apply for this recruitment, candidates must have studied Science in Class 12 and have done their Graduation in Nursing. They should also be under a certain age group to be eligible to apply.

Educational Qualification

• Nursing Officer: Candidates must have passed Class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. They must have completed either a 4-year B.Sc. Nursing course or a 2-year Post B.Sc. Nursing course, with a minimum of 45% marks (with relaxation for the reservation category). They must also have an MP Nursing Council Registration done.
• Sister Tutor: Candidates must have completed Class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects. They must also possess a B.Sc. Nursing course or Post B.Sc. Nursing course. Along with this, they must also have experience in B.Sc. Nursing / P.B.B. Sc. Nursing for 1 year.

Age limit

To apply for the recruitment,  candidates must be above the minimum age of 18 years. The maximum age of candidates from the general category is 40 years. MPESB will calculate the candidate’s age as on 1st January 2026. The reserved category candidates will get the benefit of age relaxation.

Candidates must make payment using any online payment mode, such as Debit Card/Credit Card/UPI Payment/Net Banking. Along with the application fee, candidates must also pay the kiosk and login user fee. MPESB has notified that candidates don’t have to pay any application fee for any backlog positions.
