RBI Assistant Admit Card 2026 Out, Prelims Call Letter Download Link

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is going to conduct the RBI Assistant 2026 Prelims Exam to recruit eligible candidates for a total of 650 Assistant vacancies. Lakhs of candidates have submitted their applications were waiting for the release of the admit card. RBI Assistant Admit Card 2026 for the prelims exam is now available to download at the official website https://www.rbi.org.in/.

RBI Assistant Admit Card 2026 Out

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has released the admit card online at www.rbi.org.in with the revised exam date and complete details for the exam day. The RBI Assistant Prelims Exam Dates has been revised and now the exam is scheduled to be conducted on 11th and 13th April 2026 (Saturday and Monday) in multiple shifts. 

The admit card is a mandatory document to be carried to the exam hall along with photo identity proof; otherwise, entry would be prohibited. Candidates must check all the details printed on the admit card carefully, and in case of any error, they must contact the officials immediately. 

RBI Assistant Exam Date & Timings

Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has decided to conduct the prelims exam on two days on 11th and 13th April 2026 and as lakhs of candidates have applied, the exam is to be held in 3 shifts on 11th April and 2 shifts on 13th April 2026. To download the RBI Assistant Admit Card 2026, the link has been activated at the Reserve Bank of India official website https://www.rbi.org.in/. To make downloading the admit card easy for candidates, the direct link is also shared below. Candidates need to carry the hard copy of their admit cards along with valid ID proof.

How to download the RBI Assistant Admit Card 2026?

A candidate needs to make sure that he/she has a good internet connection while downloading the RBI Assistant Prelims Admit Card. To download the RBI Assistant Phase 1 Call Letter, a candidate needs to have:

• Login ID/Registration Number

• Date of Birth/Password

Steps to Download RBI Assistant Call Letter from the Official Website

When you have access to the above-mentioned details, follow the steps mentioned below to download the RBI Assistant Prelims admit cards.

1. Open an internet browser on the computer or laptop for better accessibility.
2. Visit the official Website of the Reserve Bank of India (https://www.rbi.org.in/).
3. Scroll down the page and click on “Opportunities at RBI”, and a new page with the URL https://opportunities.rbi.org.in/ opens on the screen.
4. Go to the current vacancies and in the drop-down menu, click on “Call Letters”.
5. After that, search for “Recruitment for the Post of Assistant-2026- Prelims Online Exam Call letter and Information Handout” and click on “Call letters” under this.
6. Then a login page opens on the screen, enter your Registration Number/Roll Number and D.O.B./Password (as per the admission certificate).
7. Also, fill in the Captcha code appearing on the screen carefully.
8. Click on the "SUBMIT" button and your admit card with complete details for the exam day appears.
9. Download and take a print out to carry to the exam hall.
10. Also do make sure all details mentioned are correct, and in case of any mistake get it rectified.

Required Documents For RBI Assistant Exam

Always remember to keep extra copies of the Admit Card with you to avoid any discrepancy on the date of the examination. After downloading your admit Card, keep a note of your exam timing and exam centre to have a hassle-free exam day.

1. Print out of the admit cards
2. Passport-size photograph (to affix on the admit card)
3. Photo identity proof
   • Aadhar card with a photograph
   • PAN Card.
   • Passport.
   • Permanent Driving License.
   • Voter’s Card.
   • Bank Passbook with a photograph.
   • Photo identity proof issued by a Gazetted Officer on official letterhead.
   • Photo identity proof issued by a People’s Representative on official letterhead.
   • Valid recent Identity Card issued by a recognised college/ university / Employee ID/ Bar Council Identity card with photograph.

RBI Assistant Prelims Exam Structure & Marking Scheme

The preliminary exam for the Assistant exam includes 100 multiple-choice questions for 100 marks to be completed in 60 minutes, with 20 minutes for each section. Each correct answer gives you 1 mark and for each incorrect answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.

Details of the RBI Assistant Prelims exam centre will be mentioned on the candidate's RBI Assistant Admit Card along with the exam date and reporting time of the exam. Check the state-wise place that the RBI has selected for conducting the RBI Assistant Prelims exam.

RBI Assistant Mains Admit Card 2026

For the candidates who will qualify the prelims exam, the mains admit cards will be released separately at www.rbi.org.in for the mains exam scheduled for 7th June 2026. Candidates have to carry the mains admit card to the mains exam centre hall, as no entry will be allowed if the prelims admit card is carried.
