Educational Qualification
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Sciences, Social Sciences, or Humanities with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/SEBC/PwD candidates).
- Candidates with B.Tech/B.E. with specialisation in Science and Mathematics must have secured at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/SEBC/PwD).
- Final-year graduation students may also apply provisionally, subject to passing their qualifying exam before admission.

- Passed Odia as MIL (Mother Tongue) up to the HSC (Class X) level.

Applicants must be permanent residents of Odisha. A valid Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) is mandatory at the time of admission.
