Through the NICL Assistant 2026, NICL aims to fill a total of 500 vacancies for Assistant (Class III) posts, for which the candidates will be selected through prelims, mains, and regional language tests. Factors Affecting NICL Assistant Cut-Off 2024
The cut-off marks play an important role in determining the candidates’ eligibility for the next stage. There are many factors behind the fluctuations in cutoff every year. Candidates can check the list of all the factors that affect NICL Assistant Cut-Off 2024.
- Number of Vacancies: Vacancies are one of the most important factors in deciding the cut-off of the NICL Assistant exam. Whereas if the vacancies released by NICL are more, then it reduces the cutoff.
- Level of Exam: The level of the NICL Assistant exam also determines the NICL Assistant cut-off marks. If the difficulty level of questions asked in the preliminary stage is easy, the cut-off marks are also higher, and if the level of questions is hard, the cut-off marks are lower.
