How to Download RRB NTPC 2026 Answer Key from the official website?

To download his/her RRB NTPC Answer Key, a candidate must have: Username/Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth. Here we have shared the step-by-step process to download the answer key.

1. Visit the official website of the Railway Recruitment Board, i.e. https://www.rrbcdg.gov.in/ or your respective regional website.

What is RRB NTPC Marking Scheme?

Using the RRB NTPC Graduate Level Answer Key 2026, the candidates can calculate the estimation of their scores. For calculating the marks, candidates need to follow the marking scheme released by the board. 

How to Calculate Marks Using the RRB NTPC Graduate Level Answer Key?

1. For the correct answers, add one mark. If any answer is wrong, then deduct 1/3 marks
2. Add all the marks for correct answers
3. Add all the marks for incorrect answers
4. In the end, deduct the total marks for correct answers from the incorrect answers. This will give a probable score.

To find your actual score out of the questions attempted, use this formula:

{Raw Score} = {Total Correct}) - {Total Incorrect X ⅓} 

Example:
If you attempted 90 questions, where 72 were correct, and 18 were incorrect:

• Positive Marks: 7
• Negative Marks: 18 X 0.33 = 6
• Raw Score: 72 - 6 = 66

Minimum percentage of marks for eligibility in various categories: 

1. UR- 40%
2. EWS- 40%
3. OBC(Non creamy layer)- 30%
4. SC- 30%
5. ST- 30%

What if Error in the RRB NTPC CEN 06/2025 Answer Key?

Candidates can also challenge the official RRB NTPC answer key if they find any mistakes or corrections from 6th to 12th April 2026 as notified by the officials. For each objection, a fee of Rs. 50/- is to be paid online, which is refundable only if the objection raised is accepted.

Steps for Challenging NTPC Answer Key

1. Log in to your regional RRB portal using your Registration Number and Date of Birth.
2. Navigate to the "Objection Tracker" or "Challenge/Objection" section.
3. Select the Question ID against which you want to raise the objection.
4. Choose the language of the question paper.
5. Mention the reason for objection in detail along with supporting documentary proof (e.g., reference books, NCERT materials, etc.).
6. Pay the objection fee of ₹50 per question online.
7. Click "Submit" to save your objection.

What's the next step after the RRB NTPC Answer Key 2026?

After the release of the RRB NTPC Graduate Answer Key (CEN 06/2025), the board will analyse the objections/challenges and prepare the result according to the final answer key. The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will declare the result with the roll numbers of candidates who have qualified in the CBT Exam.
