UPSC CAPF AC Examination 2026 for 349 Assistant Commandants (AC) posts is going to be held on 19th July 2026 in offline mode. How to Download CAPF AC Admit Card 2026?

1. Candidates have to go to the official website of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) at https://upsc.gov.in/.
2. Under the What’s New section on the homepage, click on the ‘Central Armed Police Forces (ACs) Examination, 2026 >> E Admit Card ‘.
3. Here, click on the “Admit Card” button in front of the examination name written as “Central Armed Police Forces (ACs) Examination 2026 and proceed further.
4. A new page opens where you are required to choose among three options
   Via mobile and OTP
   URN and Password
   Email and Password
5. Fill in the captcha code and click on the “Submit” button
6. The admit card along with all exam details appears on the screen.
7. Download the hall ticket and take 2- 3 printouts for exam reference.

Important Guidelines for UPSC CAPF AC Exam 2026

Candidates appearing for the UPSC CAPF AC Examination 2026 should follow important instructions as mentioned in the admit card.

Entry Timings

• Candidates are advised to arrive well in advance (preferably one and a half hours prior) to complete face authentication and identity verification.
• No candidate will be allowed inside the venue after the entry is closed.
• Entry into the examination venue will close exactly 30 minutes before the scheduled commencement of each session.
• Morning Session: Entry closes at 9:30 am
• Afternoon Session: Entry closes at 1:35 pm

Mandatory Items to Carry

You must bring the following items to secure admission to the examination hall in each session:

• The printed e-Admit Card.
• The Original Photo Identity Card that is specifically mentioned on your admit card (such as an Aadhaar Card).
• A Black Ball Point Pen for marking the OMR sheet
• Candidates must bring a photo identity card along with two passport-size photographs (one for each session)

Strictly Prohibited Items

• Electronics – Mobile phones (even in switched-off mode), smartwatches, pagers, pen drives, Bluetooth devices, and cameras are strictly banned
• Watches – While normal or simple wristwatches are allowed inside the hall, any watch fitted with special accessories or communication capabilities is completely prohibited.
• Baggage – Candidates cannot enter with bags, luggage, or costly items. The venue will not provide storage arrangements, and the Commission is not responsible for any loss.
