BSNL Senior Executive Trainee Salary 2026

The salary for Senior Executive Trainee under BSNL Recruitment comes under the IDA Pay Scale E3, ranging from Rs. 24900 to Rs. 50500. Along with the salary, they will get extra perks and benefits like HRA, DA, TA, etc.

All candidates selected as Senior Executive Trainees in BSNL are required to sign a bond committing to serve the company for a period of five years from the date of their appointment. They will undergo a probation period of two years. In case the candidate is still unable to clear the training or exams during the extended period, their appointment with BSNL will be cancelled.
