How to Download PSSSB Group D Answer Key 2026 from Official website?

PSSSB conducted the written exam (offline) for the recruitment of 406 Attendant, Watchman, Office Helper, Laboratory Attendant, and other posts. The board will release the answer key on its official website www.sssb.punjab.gov.in in PDF format with all correct answers. Follow these steps to download the official answer key PDF:

1. Visit the official website of Punjab Subordinate Service Selection Board (PSSSB): https://sssb.punjab.gov.in/
2. Navigate to “Results/Answer Keys” under Online Applications/Advertisements.
3. Click on “Grop D Answer Key 2026 (Advt. 08/2025)” link.
4. Select your exam set (A / B / C / D) and download the corresponding PDF.
5. Cross-check your answers and calculate your marks using the marking scheme.

What is the PSSSB Group D Marking Scheme?

Candidates must use the official PSSSB Group D marking scheme to calculate their expected score from the answer key.

• Correct Answer: +1 mark
• Incorrect Answer: -0.25 marks (1/4th mark)
• No marks deducted for unattempted questions

How to Calculate Your PSSSB Group D Score?

Using the formula below, candidates can estimate their marks after checking the answer key:

• Score = (Number of Correct Answers × 1) – (Number of Wrong Answers × 0.25)
• Example: If you attempted 100 questions, got 80 correct and 15 wrong:
• Score = (80 × 1) – (15 × 0.25) = 80 – 3.75 = 76.25

Raise Objection Process

Candidates can also challenge the provisional answer key by following the steps mentioned below-

1. Download the official Objection/Grievance Form from the PSSSB website https://sssb.punjab.gov.in/.
2. Fill in the form clearly, showing the Question Number, your claimed correct answer, and the reason for objection.
3. Attach valid documentary proof (textbook reference, official publication, etc.) in support of your objection.
4. Prepare a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 50/- per objection, drawn in favour of the Secretary, PSSSB.
5. Send scanned copies of the Grievance Form, supporting documents, and the DD via email to the official objection email address (to be announced).
6. Also send the original hard copies by Speed Post or hand-delivery to: Secretary, Subordinate Services Selection Board, Punjab, Forest Complex, Sector-68, SAS Nagar, Mohali – 160062.
