BSNL Senior Executive Trainee Job Profile

It is an entry-level trainee post, and it involves training in various fields, like management, marketing, network operations, finance, and accounting.

1. The trainee will be assisting the senior engineer and officer in day-to-day operations.
2. Selected candidates supporting telecom network maintenance and service delivery.
3. Learning about the BSNL core activity, such as broadband, mobile landline, preparing reports, documentation, and basic data analysis.
4. Coordinating with the technical and administrative team and attending training sessions, workshops, and reviews.

BSNL Senior Executive Trainee Bond, Training & Probation Period

Candidates who are selected for the post of Senior Executive Trainee will sign on a bond for a period of 5 years from the joining date. The bond amount will be for the 2026-27 calendar year is Rs. 9 lakh; thereafter it will be reviewed. The Senior Executive Trainee will get a probation period for starting 2 years, including an examination during training.

• Common Managerial Training – 13 Weeks
• Training related of functional stream – 13 weeks
• On-the-job training – 26 weeks

If the candidate fails the probation period, then the organisation will give 6 extra months to clear the probation.
